Tank on EmptyTank on Empty

Big Reserve From My Calculations

November 2, 2012 about Ford Fiesta

I have NOT run my Fiesta out of gas. However, I DID drive it for 40 miles after the gas light came on, and by subtracting the amount of gas I put in the tank from the capacity of the tank, there was well over a gallon left in there. My model is rated at 38 MPG highway but I regularly get over 40 MPG, so I should think at minimum I can go 80 miles after the gas light comes on, possibly as much as 100 miles.

87 octane is the recemmendod and required fuel for that vehicle, it does not benefit in any way from using premium fuel. You are wasting your money. No you should not be using premium fuel in your 2001 F-150.

I think this is pretty accurate as I have gone 50 and was not out and did not fill to capacity
