Dodge Vans & Screwed Up Gas Gauges

December 12, 2007 about Dodge Caravan

We have 2 Dodge Caravans. Both are 1994, one is a grand caravan, the other just a caravan. On both of these vehicles, the gas gauges are screwed up. To the point where the light comes on and say's "E" and we actually have about a quarter tank or more of gas. One day, my husband put 20.00 in one of the vans. He drove 5 miles and the light came on. We took both vehicles to the machanic, who told us that Dodge/Chrysler vehicles are known for this problem. And aside from replacing the fuel pump and components (and sometimes not even then), you're stuck with it. We've been keeping written track of miles per gallon for a while now lol.

I know! This happens to me all the time and I wondered about the gage being screwed up! I put twenty in also and only drove 15 miles and the light came on. Thanks for the confirmation!

I know exactly what you mean. Before I anewsr your question i'd like to mention that Spirituality is your closeness to a divine spirit (God/dess). I am currently sick and got up from bed to check my e-mail, I know I should wait until I'm better but that can take days and I panick over my work (no sense in stressing over something I won't be able to do either way). So how do I feel close to God when I'm feeling physical pain or am not healthy? This is a very heavy cross to bear for anyone battling a terminal desease but people still manage to feel God and many of them feel his presence even more when they begin to look around. You see the love around you, the people who care for you and would like to see you better and this time you should close your eyes and allow yourself to take in the loving energy. I'm sure you've heard of the phrase God is Love well love is an energy that is healing and there is nothing greater than it. North needs a south, Night needs a Day, woman needs a man, positive to negative, ebb to flow, waxing to waning, up to down.. you see how life works in perfect balance. In order to go down you must first go up, you need an action to create a reaction which is an energy that will set in motion something that somehow is needed for life to continue. All of our atoms are made of positive and negative charges. Now we have known of this energy long before science but we choose to call this God. God is the energy found evreywhere that makes the world go 'round. That keeps the plants, people, animals, rivers and everything else in perfect balance and motion. My uncle once asked me if I believed in a creator and I said Yes and he then asked If you take a box and put inside it everything that you need to build a clock then you seal the box and shake it up, do you think that there is a chance that in one of those shakes there would be a chance that all the pieces would fall together so perfectly that it will actually build the clock by chance? I of course anewsrd No. This was a wonderful question that could cause us to wonder how everything works together and in cycles to keep life on this planet alive. How the grass has a MAJOR role in all of existance or how even one insect such as Bees could have such an important role and we take them for granted. Now this question is for you to also determine whether there is a god or not. If there is little to no chance that such a perfectly working universe came together by chance for many of us (but fully respect those who feel otherwise). Now the things that keep life moving is simply an energy that people have personified and called God. The almighty, is everywhere is everything is love. To look around and truly take in the beauty and wonder around you is to find closeness to God. If you are sick you might feel closer to God by offering time to speak about your illness to others and how early detection could help. If you have a cold you can let this great energy that surrounds you everyday completely wrap itself around you and promote healing within you. To be part of life and not apart from it is how I feel closer to God when i am not feeling so great. When I am ill, as I am now, I meditate on life and how I can call fourth healing energy to better myself. How are we to know what happiness is if we do not have sorror to compare it with? How would we know what health is if we don't have illness to compare it with? How do we know what appreciation is if we dind't have to work to obtain it? You need an action to have a reaction my friend. Otherwise life would be poinless. Shadow Storm
