18-20 Miles Tops After Low Fuel Warning

2013 acadia. Have run out of gas twice. First was 18 miles after Low fuel warning. Second 20miles. Both highway miles; couldn't makes it to nearest station either time.
Had it recalibrated in between. No difference.
