Tank on empty light on, still allowed me 40 to 50 miles @ 60 mph.(With top on) The 22 gallon tank took 21.5 gallons when I finally made it to the gas station.

No, they are not mistaken I have a 2008 Wrangler and I have filled up with 20 to 21 gallon many times. I commute 80 miles round trip and believe me I squeeze every single mile out of a tank of gas. I average about 380 to 400 per tank of gas and I check my mileage regularly and I average 21 mpg.

When I was a little kid, our corntuy neighbors had an old green Scout they used on their farm. I remember riding in it and thinking it was just so cool with all those knobs and that it could go out in the fields like a tractor. Forty five years later, I drive an old green Land Rover and fondly recall those memories.
