2.3 Cl Just Keeps Going

Keep in mind that there is a significant MPG difference between the 2.3 and the 3.0, as well as the 5sp and automatic transmissions (also the driving style, per another poster). My 5sp 2.3 averages 27 MPG driving mixed highway/local.
This car has a 17gal tank with the gauge hitting the Empty line around 14-15 gal. The fuel pump can take a few extra cranks to kick in when starting with a low tank, but once it does you're good.
Drive gently and this car will let you keep on rolling far past the gas light and E mark.
