400 Miles On One Tank!

May 8, 2008 about Lexus RX 300

Whn I first got my RX300 four years ago, I was pushing to see just how far I could go on a single tank. To the point where it was well beyond "E", Just as I hit 400 miles I had my blinker on for the gas station -- it ran out, it coasted a little, but I still had to get out and push if about 50 feet....I was lucky...and I won't do that again!

Definitely. You choose your hard drive, srecen size, memory dimm configuration, your OS and this is how much it costs. Dell/HP and others do that, but only within the versions of Windows. Windows XP is always included. XP Home is just there, and XP Pro adds another $50. With Vista, the list is really long. I've only seen the No OS option in servers. It would be nice for consumers to see that as well.
