Tank on EmptyTank on Empty

I'm not proud of it, but I've ran this thing dry so many times I've lost count. The first half of the gauge seems to represent about 1/4 of the tank, so the last "half" of the tank takes a lot longer to use, however once you hit E you need to find gas and quick. When it hits E you've got about a gallon left, 20-30 miles at most.

Also, when you start it up it takes the gauge a few minutes to stabilize. Often it will show empty or near empty when you first start her up, but once you start driving it will go up to 1/8 or 1/4 tank.
