A Huge Reserve

I ran out of gas today! A sad but true statement for this 34 year old that was trying to wait till payday and did not want to use my Credit Card. I have had my truck for nearly 3 years and bought it brand new. The truck has a 27 gallon tank, and at first I would fill up soon after my light came on. I would only put about 20-21 gallons leaving at least 6 gallons unused. So I finally started to push the limit and would usually get about 120 miles extra once the light came on. Until today, my mileage for the tank showed 442 miles. And my light came on just shy of 300 miles. This is not all highway miles, this is a drive into and from work Monday - Friday which about half of my route is on the interstate and state highway respectfully.
