Any Idea For The Prius 2010?

August 26, 2009 about Toyota Prius

The light stat to flash when there are still 15 miles left. When it reach 0, I fill it up with only 9.7 gallons. There is suppose to be 11.8 gallons in the tank so I suppose I can do about 95 miles with the light flashing? Any stats with the 3rd gen Prius?

I have the 2010 Prius since June 30th. A far as I know there is no gas light on the car. A digital gauge just keeps dropping until you have only one bar left. There is a miles to empty reading on the computer. I have gotten as good as 4.3 liters per 100 km (Candian) and now that it's 40 below the numbers are more like 6 liters per 100 km. You can do the math. Seems to be good on fuel and comfy with most everything I wanted (heated seats would have been nice in winter)

I have a 2010. The lowest we have gotten is 4.0 liters per 100 km. (Candian) The last bar on the gauge will start to blink. Then you have about 4-6 liters left. I didn't get the heated seat either. wish I did!!!!

The most I've ever been able to put in my 2008 is 10 gallons. The tank might hold 11.8, but I guess the bladder only holds 10.

I am glad to see that Toyota is upping purdoction and I hope that the best selling hybrid is built in the U.S. soon. I cant wait for the compact pruis to come out with a price tag under $20,000 it should also be built in the U.S. because no doubt will it be a big seller.
