The Town and Country has a display that shows statistics such as MPG and Distance to Empty.
The Distance to Empty calculation appears to leave a reserve of 1 gallon. I get about 20 MPG, so when the display says that I have 0 miles to empty there is still 20 miles or one gallon of gas in the tank when I fill up.

If "0 to empty" becomes "0 to Empty" then "Empty" can be a name of city.
