Don'T Be Fooled By These Numbers

December 15, 2007 about Ford Mustang

Most of the people posting probably have a V6 Mustang rather than a V8 model. Fuel mileage will be much different between the two. If you happen to have a Cobra model then it will be even worse than the Mustang GT's V8. Unfortunately there's no way to distinguish on this page which model you have.

Yeah those V8's are BEASTS. Seriously, CAI & custom exhaust help the MPG and If you have a standard, coast down long hills. Of course, you'll even out your gain when you realize that it's much more fun to floor it.

True! my Mustang is just the base model LX. No power at all! My gas lasts forever! Although, when I'm driving on the freeway I notice the gas level drops faster. Great news huh.
