Should Have Known

December 15, 2007 about Nissan Trucks 4WD

I fell in love with my truck when I saw it in the showroom. This georgeous clean, slick, dark, brand new 4WD was waiting just for me. It was love at 1st site. It was the last one of its color, it's type and it's year. I had been given an offer I just could not refuse. To good to be true? Maybe I should have thought twice when it ran out of gas on the way to detailing, after I took it for a test drive. But nope, it was the one for me!

Well, I have run out of gas at least 25 times since I have had the truck. Hard to believe hua? Yea, I know!.... I just ran out of gas yesterday.

Intially, I thought it was fate, maybe I would discover some hidden secret or possibly meet my destony so I kept this crazy fate going. With all of the experiences, my mother has rescued me twice, my boyfriend 4-5 times, varied friends at least 7, an ex-boyfriend once, an ex-sister-in-law once (the one who didn't like me), I hitched hicked 3 times (picked up 2 x's), a ride on a motor cycle once, someone in a hummer once, a ski bumb once, coasted into a gas station (or within feet) 4 times, walked 3 times, employees of work helped 2-4 times and multiple strangers that I realized were not so strange helped more than I could remember.

How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Pop? I don't know. And I don't know how many miles I have after the gas lite goes on. I do know it is more than 30 and less than 37 and I get about 15 miles per gallon. I also know that as crazy as it was to think I could discover something special from running out of gas, I have experienced some truly enjoyable events. If you ever have a chance, put your gas lite to the test!

Anyone need a truck?
