Whaaaaaa?

So we got our Acadia and think it’s pretty great .ultimately to make a long story short in transition the side mirror was broken instead of replacing it with the same side mirror they replaced it with a different model two side mirrors with a different model and then had to replace the unbroken mirror with a matching mirror? And the other thing is the The headlight switch knob on the dashboard got pushed in and I cannot pull it out. Any ideas on how to fix that switch? Thanks
